Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the shipping box was damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days for ready made Kandi and decor items. Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returns must be received within 5 days of return request.

Non-returnable items
BYO Custom orders, business orders, and all personalized items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of these products.
